Subscriber segmentation – "Does not equal" option and stacked options

Hi guys,

Would it be possible to add a couple of extra things to the segmentation options when when sending a newsletter? Here’s what I’m trying to do:

I’ve sent one version of newsletter to all the subscribers of a list who live in the USA (country custom field “Equals” USA), and then sent a second (different) newsletter to all that list’s subscribers in UK (country custom field “Equals” UK).

Now I’m trying to send a third newsletter to subscribers in all the remaining countries, but I have no way of excluding the “USA” and “UK”. I think the only way I can do it at the moment is to send separately to every other country in the list. Unless I’m missing something?

Could you add an option to exclude (Does not equal) custom field values? And also make it so you can select multiple values for a single custom field? For example, when you select one value from a drop down box, you could be presented with an “Add more” button which allows you to add another value from that same dropdown list.

Then you could have segmentation like “when Country = USA & Country = UK” or
“when Country does not equal USA & Country does not equal UK” etc.
