Subscriber Role Privileges

    In my site even subscriber(User Role-gave right to add new post) can post an article but if he wants to edit the article later then how would he do that.If I give him the privilege to view all posts then he would be able to edit what other subscribers will post.How to make him view only his posts and not others.
    Please help.
