Subscriber Registration not working

    My wife tried to subscribe to my blog, but did not get a confirmation email. I sat down at her computer and subscribed again for her. Still no confirmation email. I checked her junk email folder – nothing. I am concerned that others have tried to subscribe and also did not receive the confirmation email. I have had some of my friends successfully subscribe. Any suggestions?

    Can you please tell me what plugin and subscription system are you using.

    Also can you please give me a url to your website.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I am using the Jetpack plugin and placed it into my blog using Appearance/Widgets.

    The website is https://www.sswansonphoto.com

    I checked with another friend who told me that she tried to subscribe, but also did not receive the confirmation email.

    I myself tried to subscribe, and did get the confirmation subscription. Check the sceenshot.

    Thanks again.
    I don’t get why some do and some don’t. I am going to send out an email survey to all my friends to get more results.
