    I am testing the BravoWP helpdesk plugin before pushing my website live and have found that if someone registers for support they do not receive an email to allow them to create a password. Can you help? I can provide a log in if required.

    No response? Can I please have a refund. There are too many issues with this plug in and the response from support has became really bad.

    I really believe that the registration part has little to do with our plugin, but if you find yourself unsatisfied, please email us for refund. Sorry that you did not like our product.
