Subscriber list not showing

The list of subscribers is not showing. “Some error occurred” is displayed. However, the “Export to CSV” function works well. The subscribers are successfully added to the database but their info cannot be shown on the frontend under “Manage Subscribers”. Could you please advise how to solve this problem? Thanks!
