subscriber list and warning at top of plugin

    I have left another request for support on the WP forum but have not recieved any reply in days- I hope you will help…1st I can not see my subscriber list anywhere. I imported my list from simple subscribe to a public subscriber(not sure if that is good)- it gives me a number of subscribers but no names ect. 2nd what is the difference between pubic and registered since all people signed up originally with simple Subscribe ? I am seeing that new people signed up, but where are they listed?? 3rd I am seeing this error message on my plugin page above your installed plugin
    Warning: Division by zero in /home2/deb34285/public_html/wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/classes/class-s2-list-table.php on line 257….- what does that mean??

    For plugin help you are always better asking within the plugin forum for assistance rather than in the main forum area.

    If you have imported your subscribers as ‘public’ then only their email address is used. The FAQs described the difference between public and registered subscribers. You can access your subscribers in the Subscribe2 -> Subscribers menu – probably most will be under the Public Subscribers tab.

    As for that error, go to Subscribe2->Settings and then the Appearance tab and at the top there is a setting that says “Set the number of Subscribers displayed per page”. Change that to a number – say 25 or 50 and then save that setting. Error should now be resolved.

    no- no email subscribers in subscribers menu public or registered. there is a pull down menu that says how many I have but no display of names, email addresses etc. When I did Simple Subscribe this page did list that info- I have gone and checked every field in Subscribe2 menu, unless I’m staring right at it and not seeing it- it does not list my subscribers.

    Where you have seen those pull downs there will be descriptions like ‘Public Subscriber’, ‘Confirmed’, ‘Unconfirmed’ and ‘Registered Subscribers’ and each of your categories.

    There should also be a number by the side of these – what is that number?

    It says 23 public, but no list of names beneath On Simple subscribe it showed all the names

    Public Subscribers will only have their email address recorded so you won’t see names.

    That’s what I’m saying- in the area below the pull down menu it used to display emails- not necessarily names, but it lists nothing- regardless of whether i’m in registered or public. I thought It should at least show email addresses. I can’t manage list if I can’t see it .Could the plugin be having a conflict with all the new WP updates?

    Apologies, I took you too literally when you said ‘names’.

    Any chance of posting a link to a screen shot?

    Did you put the number of subscribers per page to 50 when you had that issues initially?

    Hope this helps – in-spite of being notified that I am getting new subscribers, no one appears in the list evenwhenI use pull down.
