Subscriber emails not populating Mailchimp

    Hello,

    I installed Mailchimp for WP when building my site via WP_Engine. I followed the instructions step by step, set up a list for emails to be added to, and according to the Mailchimp for WP General Settings, I have subscribers. Yet when I click on the list name to open it in Mailchimp, it says I have 0 subscribers.

    I’d really like to access the emails–can you help??
