    Hello there,
    ?
Sebastian from Jetpack here. I hope you are doing well.

I tested the emails and it looks like there is an issue with the links included. I have reached to our Newsletter team so they can take a look and find the problem.

We’ll get back to you shortly with an update.

    Hi again

Can you let us know how you are scheduling your posts? If you use any plugins for this, could you disable them and make a new post to see if this is still happening?

Let us know how it goes.

    Cheers,

To be honest, I have absolutely no idea how the emails of my blogs are controlled. WordPress does it as far as I am concerned but I cannot find any controls.

I have a plugin called ‘creative mail’ which I disabled, the emails of my posts which are sent to subscribers still have links that do not work (the link says ‘read on blog, and although it gets to the blog it doesnt get to the page and an error page comes up

    Hi @kpflude,

I checked your site and noticed that the Jetpack connection is currently broken. Jetpack Newsletter relies on this connection to function correctly, so we first need to ensure the connection is fixed. Looking closer, I can see that the domain is www.chr.org.uk, while the Site URL is https://www.chr.org.uk/anddidthosefeet. Is this intentional, or could this mismatch be contributing to the issue?

Secondly, it’s not clear whether the newsletter issue occurs for posts that are manually published or only for scheduled posts. Could you let us know if the issue persists for manually published posts as well?

Lastly, there’s a way to test the Newsletter functionality by sending a test email to yourself. After finishing editing a post, look at the right-hand sidebar in the editor. There’s an option called “Send test email”. This will send the newsletter to your email only, allowing you to check if the broken link still appears. You can read about that here.

Also, I noticed you have a Jetpack Premium plan, which includes access to direct and faster email support. If you’d like, you can contact us directly here so we can continue troubleshooting this issue in more detail (please make sure you log in with the WordPress.com account used to purchased the paid plan).

Thank you! Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

    Best regards!

As to the domain. My domain is https://www.chr.org.uk when I set it up we put it into the anddidthosefeet subdirectory. I use bothdomains chr.org.uk and https://www.anddidthosefeet.org.uk for emails, but the domain is https://www.chr.org.uk. If it doesnt need to refer to anddidthosefeet happy to have just https://www.chr.org.uk

but you will have to tell me what i need to do, and I assume I will not lose anything by making that change.

I eventually found the newsletter link you were refering to (so much may as well be hidden!) and by the way your jetpost ai help is both out of date and telling me stuff that is not true.

I only use scheduled posts and have never manually produced a post. But I sent a test email and:

the top link (which was broken in scheduled posts) work = this is the one that sends the user to the website to see the page, the link to the Reader also worked but all the links in the body of the emailed posts did not work

I am totally confused by jetpack and wordpress. I thought I had www.remarpro.com? I have had great difficulty logging into wordpress because it does not recognise the email I use to get into my blog.

So its hard to get the help I need from jetpack.

So please help me get jetpack connected and let me know which type of wordpress i am using.
