I checked your site and noticed that the Jetpack connection is currently broken. Jetpack Newsletter relies on this connection to function correctly, so we first need to ensure the connection is fixed. Looking closer, I can see that the domain is www.chr.org.uk
, while the Site URL is https://www.chr.org.uk/anddidthosefeet
. Is this intentional, or could this mismatch be contributing to the issue?
Secondly, it’s not clear whether the newsletter issue occurs for posts that are manually published or only for scheduled posts. Could you let us know if the issue persists for manually published posts as well?
Lastly, there’s a way to test the Newsletter functionality by sending a test email to yourself. After finishing editing a post, look at the right-hand sidebar in the editor. There’s an option called “Send test email”. This will send the newsletter to your email only, allowing you to check if the broken link still appears. You can read about that here.
