Blog Comment Subscription Error & Widget Form Pop Up Error

  • Hello,

    I checked the topics here and on your website, seems like you all are helping quite a bit! I am having issues with the email confirmations being sent to new subscribers who registered through the Comments Section of our Blog Posts (“Yes, add me to your mailing list”), and, having issues with the formerror pop ups on the widgets section. I followed the links provided on your website and plugin page, but none of the topics directly helped my need. Although, some directed me to the following links posted below. I read every single one and was glad to learn all about what might be causing the errros, but those did not help/ apply to my situation. I appreciate your time with this and am looking forward to your response!

    Problem 1

    Whenever someone subscribes in the comments section of our blog posts (“Yes, add me to your list”), they do not receive the Signup Confirmation Email. Just to reiterate, I followed all of the steps in each of the links listed below, that state possible reasons and alternatives for the users not receiving the confirm emails/subscription, but it did not work.

    Problem 2

    Additionally, there is a problem with the .formError. The message is place outside the window for any device (See Attached Image A). Whenever these errors pop up (since they are required fields), they also “break” the shell of the whole website (See Attached Image B), which allows users could now scroll left and right. Also, the Error pop ups do not even follow the forms if the window is condensed (See Attached Image C).

    This was the only link I found On Mailpoet in the Database. I searched many other posts, but could not find anything talking about the pop ups displaying outside of the desktop view.

  • Problem 1) If I sign up to your website through another MailPoet Subscription Form, will I receive a Signup Confirmation Email?

    Problem 2) Is related to your theme CSS styles. Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for that, since is very specific to your case/theme.
