• Hi guys,

    When I go to the subscription page it gives me the field to put in my email, I do that and then I get this:

    “Thank you for using our subscription service. In order to confirm your request, please check your email for the verification message and follow the instructions.”

    After that I go to the email and click the link. Then it directs me to the page and I get this notification:

    “In order to cancel or suspend one or more notifications, select the corresponding checkbox(es) and click on the button at the end of the list.

    No subscriptions match your criteria”

    When I have done the above I get a message to my admin email that someone has subscribed to a post. But when I go to the manage subscription tab it is still empty.

    I thought maybe it still works but doesn’t show up, so I went and wrote a comment but I didn’t get an email about it.

    From this point I am lost. Can anybody help me to get this working?

  • I kept having this same issue.

    I went to the “Github” site, and several people reported it there too.

    All the suggestions by the author were just to make sure the “safe uninstall” option was set to “no”, uninstall, reinstall, and then things should work.

    Still didn’t. So I gave up. Spending too much time trying to get the plugin to work. The issue is reported by multiple users, and doesn’t seem to be getting resolved, as evident by your post not having had any responses or solutions posted.

    Hi guys, I will make sure to test and fix this on this couple days so that you have the plugin fully working.
