Subscriber Disappeared

I just began a newsletter, had 1 subscriber and today got a new subscriber. When I check my Subscriber List my new subscriber was listed but my original subscriber was gone. I still have my notification or the original subscriber in my email, but she is missing from my list. She did NOT unsubscribe. What happened?
