Subscriber counts not updating in Jetpack subscription widget.

I’ve had this problem before and rectified it by deleting transients. That’s not making a difference this time.

I’ve been watching my Twitter followers. The count has gone up. But my subscriptions stay stuck on 4,434.

I’ve subscribed to my own site with a different email address then checked the count again. Stuck on 4, 434.

I’ve deleted my cache (I use W3 Total Cache) multiple times. Still stuck on 4,434.

I’ve deleted all WordPress transients. Stuck on 4, 434.

Not sure what other cache to delete. I don’t know what could be causing this number to be stuck on 4,434. Help please!

    Hi there,

I have cleared your site’s cache on our end. Please check your subscribers and let me know if you’re still seeing any discrepancies.

OK, so the subscriber counts have now updated. Thank you for doing that!

Do I have to submit a support request every time I want my site’s cache cleared on your end? Or does it just happen periodically?

Is there a way for me to clear the Jetpack cache?

    Thank you!

The cache should clear automatically every 24 hours.

If it doesn’t, which is rare, please let us know and we’ll flush the cache from our end.

Ah, OK. Thank you. Yes, it hadn’t cleared for some time. Thank you for your help.
