We are aware of a display issue with your followers in Jetpack Stats.

Please note that you haven’t lost any followers – the issue is with how your stats page is displaying your subscribers. You can verify your current email followers by downloading your subscriber .csv file by following these steps:

    1) Go to Jetpack -> Site Stats from your dashboard.
    2) Scroll down to the subscriptions module, and click the “blog” link.
    3) Click the “download as .csv” link to download your email subscribers list.

We are currently working on a solution to this problem and will update this post with updates. Please do not submit a new support request for this problem.

    Thank you!

  • Hi

I’ve read the thread here but not sure how to resolve the issue we have on https://blog.cahootsy.com/

We have 84 subscribers to our blog (as visible in our WordPress Users/ Subscribers list from the admin panel. We know this because each one has a user name & email address and states subscriber as they’ve signed up via our sign up box on homepage).

When I activate the Blog subscriptions by Jetpack widget (ie: subscribe to blog by email) and select “show total number of subscribers” it says 1.

    Please help? Thanks

I have just started letting people subscribe to my site and the numbers don’t add up. People who have said they subscribed don’t seem to. I don’t really know how many subscribers I have.

I really hope I’m not losing people because of it.

I’m having an issue with my followers reflecting on my stats. I have had 624 for over four months now and I know people have subscribed to my blog.

Also…..my posts are no longer showing up on the WordPress reader and they were 2 weeks ago.

    Help!!
