Subscriber already exists issue

    Are you using latest version of Email Subscribers (v3.1.4)? If not, update it.

    How are you showing subscribe form on your site? Widget, shortcode or via php code?

    Sorry for the late response. Yes, I am using the latest version of Email Subscribers and I’m using the shortcode to display the form on page. I’ve checked the responses and every single time I get successfully subscribed.

    When I’m using shortcode to show form and subscribe using the form, I’m getting ‘Email Address already exists.’ notice if email is existing.

    Please de-activate & re-activate Email Subscribers once. If still not working, have a check with only Email Subscribers plugin active (rest all plugins de-activated).

    I have the same problem. How did you fixed this problem ?
