Today I’ve discovered that it’s impossibile to subscribe to my site.
Maybe it’s quite an old problem, but I don’t know how to face it, and I’ve discovered only today.
    The page is: https://www.danireef.com/subscribe/

What infos do you need to help me?

The digest works correctly with the people just registered.

And some people has told me, in the past, that it’s impossible to unsubscribe, so I need to do it manually, maybe the two things are related.

    Thanks

    Danilo

  • @daniloronchi,

I’ve had a look at your Subscribe page and I can see the cause of your problem. It is a configuration issue.

The subscribe page at https://www.danireef.com/subscribe/ takes the input from the users and redirects it to https://www.danireef.com/english/ for processing. Only Subscribe2 is not available at all on that page so there is no code available to process the input.

To fix this you need to visit Subscribe2->Settings page under the Appearance tab and where it says “Set default Subscribe2 page as” and there is a drop down menu, choose the ‘Subscribe’ page rather than the ‘English’ one. Then Subscribe2 will work fine on your site just as it does on mine.
