Subscribe2 – Unsubscribe message for Registered Users

Regarding Subscribe2 version 10.9

Is there a way to edit this message:
“To manage your subscription options please please login.”
I believe this is generated by the Subscribe2 Form.

Here is the reason, when Registered Users unsubscribe, we want to give them a bit more explanation than what above offers (since they don’t get removed and only unsubscribe to categories that they unselect- unless we delete users).
