Subscribe2 subscription footer not showing correctly

I am using the “adventure-journal” theme.
At https://captjustice.com/2011/09/21/migration-of-my-wordpress-blog-to-self-hosted-server/ look below the comment form. The text is strung downward rather than reading left-right. The checkbox overlays the dropdown box. Not sure if this is an issue with the adventure-journal theme or the subscribe2 plugin.
