Subscribe2 on Dreamhost problems

  • I just installed the Subscribe2 plugin on dreamhost and no emails seem to be sent out. I’ve had 12 different people try to subscribe for me and none of them get the subscription confirmation emails.

    I’ve also manually confirmed them through the admin panel, and they don’t get any email notification when a new post is made.

    has anyone else had this problem with dreamhost mailing and have any ideas on what could be the problem?

  • Ask Dreamhost to enable the sendmail function for your site. That’s what WP uses.

    sendmail is enable by default on Dreamhost just like I thought it was.

    So, I’m still having the same problem. No emails are going out at all from the plugin. Anyone else have any ideas?
