Subscribe2 Confirmed Subscribers

I am using the Subscribe2 plugin v4.9 on my 2.6.1 site. I am the only registered user but I have several people who have subscribed and are now Confirmed Subscribers. How do I assign these subscribers to categories so that they can get updates? Right now I am the only one getting updates because on the Manage > Subscribers page you can only change the categories for the Registered Users, thus my Confirmed Subscribers are not actually getting emails because they aren’t subscribed to any categories.

I have the subscribe set up on a page and have not modified any of the options other than to send an email upon every post published.
