Subscribe2 – bulk email no way to confirm sending

    Have installed Subscribe2 plugin – works well, thank you.

    However, am trying to send a bulk email to registered users advising them of this new site functionality but when I click Preview or Send, it asks me “Are you sure you want to do this?” but doesn’t provide any way to confirm and send.

    What am I missing?
