• I just got an email accusing my blog of passing their info on to readygraph.

I never connected with readygraph through subscribe2 or any other method.

Is there any explanation for this?

I’m not trying to accuse, I’m just looking or transparency as to what exactly is going on. Are my users emails being passed on to a third party?

As I understand it from reading other threads, this is due to a glitch in the code in previous versions. I think it may have been fixed in 10.20.6 but I’m not sure. I’m also not sure how it impacts on addresses already submitted to ReadyGraph.

It might be worth you contacting ReadyGraph direct to ensure you don’t get any more issues:

Okay Matty. Thanks for your reply. All together very strange and I’m now having trouble with users due to their emails being passed on to readygraph (readygraph spammed them asking for their opinion of my blog)

Just a suggestion to completely remove it.

I’m not on the development team for Subscribe2 anymore, however I still develop Subscribe2 HTML which doesn’t have contain ReadyGraph but is a paid plugin.

Okay mattyrob. I’ll take a look at your plugin. I can’t have my subscribers info being passed out to 3rd parties… By bug or otherwise. I appreciate your time. Regards.

We apologize for the bugs and emails that were sent to your users. This has been fixed for future versions. ReadyGraph receives info only when you connect to readygraph. And your users get emails from ReadyGraph only when you give us explicit permission on readygraph.com

Please let me know your domain, so that we can turn of RG emails if at all being sent.
