The Jetpack subscribe widget thinks it’s a search box. When an email address is entered in the email input field and the subscribe button is clicked. A dialog box pops up that reads “Please enter search term(s).”
To view this issue, go to alexanderlibrary.org and the Subscribe to Blog via Email widget is at the bottom of the sidebar.
If I add a second subscribe widget under the existing subscribe widget, the first widget is still broke, however the second widget shows “Success.” If I remove the first widget, the problem still exists. Weird!
Not sure what is causing this. Any suggestions appreciated.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

That problem seems to be caused by another one of your widgets, “Search NC LIVE”. It includes a search form, that you most likely pasted from another website. Unfortunately, it looks like you didn’t paste the whole code. The search form misses a closing </form> HTML tag. Since the form never ends, whenever you submit something in one of the elements downer on the page, you end up submitting the NC LIVE form.

Could you try pasting the complete code for that search widget? That should solve the issue.

    That fixed it. Thanks!
