    Hi,

    I’ve tried all the regular troubleshooting steps but i feel maybe i need to add something to functions.php or CSS to make it appear?

    I’ve read some threads talking about the CSS tag for making it visible but i can’t see to get those to work on my site.

    Any pointers would be much appreciated.

    I am also currently experiencing this issue. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, deactivating other plugins to see if there is a conflict, but so far I’ve had no luck finding the issue.

    I found it only shows when your logged out as admin try it and confirm

    No that doesn’t work. I always test in incognito anyway.

    @regalguy i just went to your website myself – and on the checkout it’s showing the checkbox as expected. Did you figure out the problem that was causing it to fail previously or is it just working for me right now?

    For others that are using the new “WooCommerce Blocks” for the checkout, that’s been on the radar because it does not currently support the standard hooks from Woo that our plugin relies on. The team has been working on a solution but as of right now if you’re using the Blocks, you’ll need to contact Woo directly and just report that you need it to work.

    Hi Ryan,

    I’m not 100% sure how i fixed it to be honest, i ended up using the position “woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form” which randomly started appearing one day! If i remove that position it disappears though which is odd because it even disappears for the default theme.

    Unfortunately i don’t have any more info than that.
