    Hey @bobbything

With recent update to the user interface the Checkout page setting are now found on the Store tab.

    For Block based themes:

Changes to the Subscribe to our newsletter text can be edited directly on the Checkout page

Change to the Checkbox message can be made within the Store tab of the Mailchimp for WooCommerce plugin as seen in the above screenshot.

Thanks for the quick replay. However, I don’t think I was terribly clear—the below page is the page I’m looking to edit. Specifically the “Subscribe to our newsletter” portion.

    Thanks again!

Indeed the my-account page! This will reflect the text input found under the checkbox message form. That Text form is found in the Mailchimp plugin on the Store tab and scroll to heading Checkbox message.

As you’ll notice, teh same text entered in the form will also be reflected on both the checkout page and my-account page.

Okay, so, I’m not able to see the same info that you can see within the Mailchimp plugin. This is what I see…

And when I go to edit the checkout page, I see this. I edited the checkbox area but it only affected the checkout page—not the my-account page.

Understood. Looks like we have an un accounted for use case scenario. From the screenshot provided, your checkout page is using the Blocks Checkout. This results in the Mailchimp plugin noticing that and changing the interface and removing the Checkbox message input form.

The problem is WordPress/WooCommerce hasn’t provided a blocks option for the My account page, this means that your site has a my-account page that is generated via the shortcut of [woocommerce_my_account] which would depend on the Checkbox message input form that we provide when using the Classic checkout block for the checkout page.

    How to fix it?

You’ll have to change your checkout page to the Classic checkout as seen in this screenshot when editing the checkout page: https://loom.com/i/6dba3e0706d7433cb2e7b4cf787c3fb6

( I totally understand this is in regards to the my-account page but please bare with me it will all makes sense)

Once the Checkout page is changed to classic Checkout and saved, the Mailchimp plugin will automatically recognize this and will display the checkbox message form I mentioned earlier where you’ll be able to make the edits as desired.

I’ll raise this issue with the my-account page not being block compatible, with my team to see if we can update a design UX that is accommodates this and is more intuitive.

Lastly, this is whole ordeal is due to the my-account page not yet having a Blocks option from WooCommerce natively. That is something not in our control but what is in our control is surfacing the editing tool for being able to make the necessary edits to both the my-account page and checkout page.
