Something that might help anyone trying to use list subscription. The short code giving the list name fails.

    [mailgun id=”[email protected]”]
with Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/chriskernmusic/public/wp-content/plugins/mailgun/mailgun.php on line 409

but guessing an ID (because its nowhere to be seen in Mailgun)

    [mailgun id=1]

At least shows a form that doesn’t generate an error but afaics neither does it subscribe.

    Any help here?

OK, there’s a widget it seems. But don’t use if Mailgun Subscribe is installed. Deactivate that and then the List ID entry field is available and it seems to work.

I can find no mention of a widget. Not does it state the requirement to be psychic!

Mailgun support has never pointed this out when discussing problems with this plugin Poor documentation!

    Plugin Author Mailgun

Can we gather more information, and offer a clarification:
Mailgun has only one official plugin, Mailgun for WordPress, author: Mailgun. This plugin creates the Mailgun List Widget for use to collect email addresses.

What widget were you attempting to use in conjunction with the plugin? Do you have the latest version of Mailgun for WordPress, 1.5.13.1?
