Subscribe to get notification getting error

Dear Team,
i m trying to subscribe for ios APNS Using POST HTTP Method and content-type is application/x-www-form-urlencoded.
i m getting error while calling https://www.meddiapers.com/pnfw/register oauth_timestamp, oauth_nonce, oauth_signature, oauth_signature_method is missing can you explain how to resolve the issue with possible values .
