subscribe to follow up comment box disappeared

    I updated my production site and my test site to Version 13.8.1. After that, I do not see the option to Subscribe to follow up comments.

    I looked in the Jetpack → Settings → Discussion in your dashboard. There is NOTHING about “Subscriptions”! I noticed the entire “Subscriptions” section MISSING there. What happened to the “Subscriptions” section? Thank you!
