    Hi,

I can only help if you are using our plugin.
The checkbox with the hidden label seems to have been added by another plugin.
Our plugin is “MailChimp for WordPress”.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!

That’s the only one I have installed? I can’t upload a screenshot, but that was how I got this support page, odd!

If you want to activate the checkbox from our plugin you can do that under MailChimp for Wp > Integrations > WooCommerce checkout integration.

And deactivate the checkbox you’ve currently setup there, maybe under WooCommerce > Addons?

I’m just in there at the moment, but it still doesn’t show with an opt in, just a ‘create an account’ option. Testing it in a non-logged in window to see

Mailchimp is all connected and the WC option is active as well, I’ve customised the settings in there (not much) but still nothing on the cart page

Can you show me a full screen screenshot of your settings under MailChimp for WP > Integrations > Woocommerce checkout?

You can upload the screenshot to a service like imgur.com and share the link here. Thanks

    Hey @foxesblog,

Can you please share a link to one of your product pages that I can add to the cart and then test the checkout? Currently, if I directly go to the checkout page, I get redirected to the cart page.

    Hi,

I investigated this further and found that in the source code the checkbox is there, but something is removing all <label> … </label> wrapped html from the page after its loaded. This seems to be a “feature” in your WordPress theme om your checkout screen.

I recommend to contact your theme developer about this issue.
