Subscribe Problem

Hi,
I am having an issue with our side bar plugin, when you enter an email and click subscribe, the subscribe doesn’t load or do anything so no one is able to join our email newsletters. Can you please let me know how to fix this? Thank you.

When OI visit your site, I see multiple Javascript errors in my console. It looks like this is preventing our Javascript that runs the submissions from running properly.

We will need to find which plugins are causing these errors. First, if you have any other optin plugins you were trying out, please deactivate them. Second, try deactivating any caching/optimization plugins. See if either of those 2 steps resolve the issue, and let me know your results.

If not we may need to do a full check for conflicts on all your plugins, but based on the errors, let’s start there.

Once we find the conflicting plugin, we will be able to recreate the issue, and come up with possible solutions on our end, or you may simply do without, and find an alternative plugin.
