subscribe me plugin: how can i fix the alignment?

I’ve recently installed the subscribe-me plugin and notice one thing: it does not align properly and it’s slight going “right” in the sidebar. compared to those categories above
I’ve tried to fix it, and probably because of my poor php skills, when I press “UPDATE”, the whole is no longer accessible and error messages came out instead.
Then I delete it, upload the plugin again and error again, and doing the same thing over and over again without success.

Wherein the script should I fix this problem? [probably, you should take a look to my site sv.formulx.com/blog to get my idea of why it is not aligned properly and is slightly “right”]

And one last question about this plugin, How can I change the title “Subscribe” to something else?

I’ve read the threads here about this plugin, but none answered my question. THankS
