Subscribe Form in Header

    I am trying to add mailing list checkboxes to my subscribe form in the header of my blog to no avail. I’ve been able to add the checkboxes to the form in the sidebar, but I can’t figure out how to edit the subscribe form in the header. Mailchimp for WP came with my WordPress theme (Jasmine by AngieMakes).

    This has now been resolved by the creator of the theme. Thank you!

    Thanks for letting us know. In such cases where a theme builder used our form directly in the theme it is indeed best to contact the theme creator.
