Subscribe error

    Hi,
    There was a problem; after unsubscribing, the user cannot subscribe again. How to fix this error.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    This is a restriction setup by MailChimp.com and not us. MailChimp does not allow subscribing a user using 3rd party forms (API) if they had earlier unsubscribed. The only way to subscribe such a user is using the forms provided by MailChimp.com
