Subscribe email button

WP newbie so please bear with me. I’m tryin to add a basic Subscribe button to the blog part of our new website (www.montfortconsultants.com/news, using 2010 Weaver).
Have tried Quick Subscribe but can’t work out how to use additional Widgets to access subscriber’s info. Also tried ‘AddToAny: Subscribe Button’ but this is too complicated and I don’t want my visitors to hav to go through so many steps.
Anyone can recommend something easy to use for me and my visitors?
