    Is there a way to enable or show the widget where users can follow or subscribe to the blog by signing up their email?

    Hello,
    This has nothing to do with the theme ??
    You’re looking at what would be called a plugin, I know “mailchimp” is a great plugin that will allow you to have such widget.
