    Thank you for the details.
    We have checked your site and it seems that there is a conflict with your theme CSS and Icegram’s button CSS.
    Add following CSS to your Icegram message custom Code > CSS section.

    #ig_this_message .ig_button{ 
padding: inherit!important;
}

    Try it and let us know how it goes?
