    Thanks for swinging by the support forum. Just to clarify, here in the support forum, we’re really geared towards supporting the MailChimp List Subscribe Form plugin. If you are using the plugin, if you can provide us with the steps used to add it to the site, as well as a link to a page where it’s in use, we can take a closer look at what’s going on.

    If you’re using the embedded form code that you’d obtain from within MailChimp, then I’d recommend reaching out to our support department directly. They can be contacted using this form: https://mailchimp.com/contact/?department=support or emailing them directly at [email protected].
