    Hello I’m having issues trying to add a subscribe button to my website. I searched and added jetpack but I’m not able to activate it or figure out how to add a subscribe button to my website or blog page. I have also searched the internet and tried those suggestions and still not successful. I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help me resolve this issue.

    Hello @cadkiller ,

    Since you mentioned you’re unable to activate Jetpack, let’s first ensure it’s properly installed and connected. Steps to Activate Jetpack:

    Check Jetpack Activation

    1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
    3. Find Jetpack and check if it’s activated.
      • If not, click Activate.
    4. Once activated, go to Jetpack > Dashboard.
    5. Click Set up Jetpack and connect it to a WordPress.com account (this is required).
    6. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the setup.

    Jetpack offers a “Subscribe to Blog” feature, which you can enable in a widget or as a block in your posts.

    Add via Widget

    1. Go to Appearance > Widgets.
    2. Look for the Jetpack Subscription Form widget.
    3. Drag it to the sidebar or footer where you want it.
    4. Customize the text and save changes.

    Hi Somnath thanks for your reply and suggestions. yes I did do that but I get an error saying it cannot connect to my site.

    Also when I go to setup jet pack to try and connect it with my WordPress account it gives an error occurred please try again, so I’m not able to do the required linking with my WordPress account.

    thanks again I have contacted them and they are helping me resolve it. Hopefully it will be soon and I can fix my subscribe button
