Subscribe 2 not sending emails or notified of new subscriber ?

  • Hi
    Everything has been working fine, now suddenly I publish a new post and no email is sent.
    I have my own email as one subscriber to check things are ok.
    I also have my wife set up and she had no email.

    When I went in to check I saw I had a new subscriber, and was not notified as I have previously been with new subscribers.
    All my subscribers are Registered users and all set up to get posts in all categories I publish with HTML excerpt.

    I also sent a manual email which said Sent, again I did not receive it?
    Note I currently have few subscribers so that is not the issue
    Why has it suddenly stopped working?

    Any help please.
