Subpar Form Builder

I have a pro version of this form builder. It does the basics just fine. One of its severe limitations is that it can only be used with Gutenberg. It lacks basic functions as masking a number input field as currency. The pro version has address autocomplete add-on, where input address cannot be parsed into its components for storage or filtering needs. When you reach out to support for help with any of these items, they want you to pay more money for ‘customization’. Support has a couple of people who know what they’re doing. Everybody else is just warm bodies answering basic questions.
