Subpages makes an empty

Hello and thanks for this great plugin!
When Building the subpages menu the plugin echo’es an
- before even checking if the $subpages variable is empty or not.
By checking
if( empty( $subpages ) ) return;Before anything else inside build_subpages() this will fix the empty
- issue.
