Subpages in circle

Thank you for great theme!

My question is how i can display list of subpages in circles.
For example, on head page i have four pages in circles like you demo and i need after go to the one of them display subpages for this page in circles.

Is it possible?

I can do it using categories but i can`t sort post in categories.
