Subpage isn’t dropping down. (Staying at the same level as parent)

  • My subpage isn’t dropping down from the parent page. I’ve set the child and parent relationship, but for some reason it’s not dropping down. Instead it shows up at the same level as the parent.
    It’s also only showing 3?

    Collective
    -Forth Collective
    –Forth Artists
    –Forth Writers
    -Contributors
    –Contributing Artists
    –Contributing Writers
