Suborders generated automatically every 10 minutes

    Dear Support team,

    This is my website https://www.ahabazaar.co.uk/

    After order status changed processing to completed suborders automatically generated and sending emails to customers.

    For example this order

    #15520 Brintha Rao Sub Order of #15050
    #15521 Brintha Rao Sub Order of #15050

    Main order #15050 basically suborder should increase next 2 digits 15051 & 15050 but in this order generated more than 471 digits

    I have tried to reproduce the same issue on my end but I am unable to see the issue. The issue may be occurring due to conflict resulting from any other third-party plugin.

    Can you please take a backup of your website and check theme/plugin conflicts by following the below steps?

    • Deactivate all third-party plugins except for Dokan lite and WooCommerce
    • Use a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront
    • Then check the issue.
