    Hi.. I have problems:
    First.. I must set the suboder status as processing instead of as main order status

    Second.. When I choose processing, the case is : user paid to the main order right? Let say the total of the payment is $100. It makes 2 sub order : $80 and $20 with order status “processing”.

    And, I must check it per order ( the procedure ), and press “Complete” to the sub order to send the user email of that sub order.. And, when I check the sales, it makes the sales double.

    Main Order : $100
    Sub Order (#1) : $80 ( if I set complete to this sub order too )
    Sub Order (#2) : $20 ( if I set complete to this sub order too )

    Which isn’t right. So how to fix this?

  • Hello,

    The free version of this plugin doesn’t sync suborders with main orders, so if the main order changes status the suborders won’t change automatically. You would have to do it manually.

    The same goes for payments. If you pay for a suborder it won’t be subtracted from main order automatically and the same goes for the main order, if you pay it, it won’t update the suborders automatically. Only the premium version does that.

    Basically what the free version does is only creating the suborders.

    No, no double sales.
    But if you find some sort of issue and don’t like the plugin you can ask for you money back. We have no problem with refundments

    Hi. Have a new problem. Already bought the pro. So far so good, the problem is:
    1. I don’t want any separate payment, so I want the field “Remain” is disappeared.
    2. I don’t know why, but in the checkout -> after payment page, it’s showing as discount.. So the total price would be 0 ( zero ). And wherever I check the order, it always seen as discount and total price would become zero.

    How can I fix that? Just let me know to modify it so I can fix that my self if there’s similar problem came up..

    I’m afraid there isn’t an easy way to change that, I’m sorry.

    That’s how the plugin works. Each paid subitem is considered as a discount.
    However, on plugin’s settings, you can set the deduct status as completed only.

    If you do that, your subitem will only be considered as paid when the status changes to completed

    But we understand that if you don’t like how the plugin works, we can refund you.
    Just let me know

    Hi.. Hmm I don’t know why you always want me to request refund lol..
    More than that, I need solution. If I give you the ftp, can you modify it to what I want? Like I said above?

    Sorry, We don’t have the documentation for this plugin.

    The field remaining is actually the field total, but remodeled. So that’s why we can’t remove it. That’s how this plugin works.

    If it’s showing as discount after payment page so your order is being considered as payed by the plugin. You can set what kind of order status is considered as payed on plugin’s settings, more specifically on Deduct Status.

    You can try to set this option as “completed”. Maybe it can fix your problem. Have you tried?

    Already try this, this is what I want! But, another problem lol!
    When I checked sales report, it doesn’t increase the sales..
    Example:
    net sales $1000

    I bought it using the settings you tell me.. All the output good, no discount etc. Very nice. total item that I bought = $1500. 1 item $1000 and 1 item $500.

    In this step, I check the report -> it shows gross sales $3000 ( which I get that is twice of the value of the item that I bought.. and again which is weird because there’s $1000 net sales before )..

    And then I complete the suborder item that have $1000 price on it. It will show $1000 in gross sales. ( which deduct 2x$1000 ).

    Then again, complete suborder item that have $500 price. And the value goes back to $1000 in “NET Sales”.. The gross order are gone, and it goes back to the value at the start.

    I think you know the solution of this.. What should I do? Thank you :).. I think it just need 1 more step to do, but I don’t know what it is.
