Submitting reviews and display on shop page

    Hi,

    I am having trouble implementing the plugin for my single products. I succeeded in implementing the shortcode in the elementor star widget, but I can’t see the area where the user can post a review (it used to appear at the bottom of the single product page).

    I also would like to have the reviews appear under each product on the shop page, but even though this is configured under appearance > woocommerce, no reviews are appearing.

    I can provide temporary access if needed.

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    Reviews on a single product page is a standard WooCommerce feature. You don’t need any other plugin except WooCommerce to display them. If your theme doesn’t support WooCommerce reviews, then it is a question to the theme support team. Unfortunately, we don’t know how your theme works.

    It doesn’t seem to be an issue with the theme, I’ve changed to default themes twenty nineteen, twenty twenty and twenty twenty one and It’s exactly the same behavior.

    In woocommerce > settings > products, I also have “Enable product reviews”, ” Enable star rating on reviews” and “Star ratings should be required, not optional” checked.

    What about the display of the star rating on the shop page (I can’t see it either)?

    I’ve followed all those steps and still no luck…

    Hi erminiadev,

    It looks like you are using Elementor page builder to create the single product page but you do not add the section reviews for the product. You can try to deactivate ALL plugins except WooCommerce and CusRev and switch to the standard theme to re-check this issue.
