Submitting responsive Theme Framework to repository

Hey there,

I’ve been developing a WordPress Theme Framework for the past several months.
The main idea behind it is to use it as a starting point in Child Theme development.

It offers a lot of very useful features like several responsive classes for publishing different layouts for different breakpoints, a drag & drop editor as well as great documented developer resources.

Now I want to submit it to the repository. There are many problems with the automatic theme check which won’t let me submit my project. I understand all of those concerns and problems with it?— but as the theme isn’t a ready to use theme but a starting point to theme development, I can’t match those requirements.

Is there any way I’m still able to publish this theme to the repository?
