Submitting Form is not possible

Hello there,
i love this plugin and use it for years now! Unfortunately i have a problem with one page where submitting the Form is not possible anymore. No Error message or anything, just nothing happens when i want to submit it.
I tried to update alle plugins but no help (working with conditional fields and redirect page)
Someone an idea?

Just the basic form elements.

Here some things i already tried:
Deactivate other plugins
Changing php version
Creating a new basic form (also not responding)
