Hi @estadio,
Since there are many factors that can cause an email to deliver into a spam folder, it would difficult to say what can be the cause in your case.
But following steps could help you to improve the email deliverability:
1) Check other emails too
Please check if other emails like password reset or user registration are being delivered correctly from your setup.
2) Check spam-score of your emails.
You can use tools like mail-tester(https://www.mail-tester.com/). We also have an inbuilt spam-score checking option in our premium version if you want to try that.
3) Always set up your sender email to use your domain
Your ‘from’ email address should always be your domain. For example, if your domain is example.com, then your ‘from’ email might be [email protected]. Your emails will almost certainly fail ESP authentication checks when you try to send bulk emails from a domain that isn’t under your control.
4) Keep risky keywords to a minimum
There are some obvious keywords like ‘prizes’ and ‘special offer’ that can trigger spam filters.
Please check if you using keywords like them in your emails.
5) Try sending emails using SMTP
Using SMTP to send emails improves deliverability. We have SMTP option to send emails in our premium version.
6) Use an email delivery service for sending bulk email
Third-party email delivery services handle most of intricates involved in ensuring email delivery.
We have integration for Pepipost(in lite version) and Amazon SES(in premium version). You can check them out if needed.
Hope this helps you.
Thank you.
