Submitting Applications via FireFox and Safari

    The application form does not seem to work in FireFox and Safari browsers. It is submitting fine in Chrome for me but it gets stuck on the “Submitting…” screen and never submits the applications in FireFox and Chrome.

    How do we solve this?

    Thanks for sharing site URL.

    It seems its due to the SSL configuration. As the ajax request is not working and throwing errors in the browser console while submitting the job.

    We tested this scenario on Chrome, Firefox & Safari and it’s not working anywhere.

    Thank you. In order to provide our hosting provider with the information they need, what do you recommend I tell or instruct them to fix? Thy are not going to be familiar with your Plugin, so what other information will they need to identity and fix this issue?

    Let them know about the JS error in the console. As Simple Job Boar application form is AJAX, due to the JS error it does not entertain the request.

    Okay thank you. My hosting provider said the scripting issues are something that BlueHost cannot fix. This seems like more of an issue with the plugin its self. BlueHost suggested I use another plugin. So unless you have any other solutions it seems that using a different plugin is my only other option.

    Did you customize the SJB core files? If yes then please review your code changes and then try again.

    As when we submitted the job the AJAX request is not working and throwing error 403 Forbidden.

    We have also pointed out the issue on the screenshot URL. Please have a look.

    Also, it seems some of the installed plugins or theme’s script is conflicting with the Simple Job Board. So, we recommend you to deactivate the plugins one by one except Simple Job Board and then check again. This activity is temporary and just to locate the issue.
