Submitted Yoast sitemaps and search result dropped

My site is https://csresume.com
Sitemaps can be seen in https://csresume.com/sitemap.xml.

A few days ago I submitted the post and page sitemap in in Google Webmaster tools. That’s the only thing that I know of that I’ve done to my site.

Prior to submitting the sitemaps I was page 3 position 2 for ‘professional resume writers Toronto’. For the same request I’m now on page 3 position 2.

Any suggestions about what I may have done, or how I can track down the problem?
